Rice Bran Oil Production Line

Rice bran oil production line features rice bran pretreatment and solvent extraction as the core technologies. Fresh rice bran first undergoes stabilization, conditioning, and flaking in the pretreatment stage, followed by solvent extraction to efficiently recover crude rice bran oil. The extracted oil then moves to refining, while the desolventized meal becomes high-protein animal feed. This integrated solution maximizes oil yield while preserving nutritional value, delivering premium rice bran oil ideal for healthy cooking oils and functional food ingredients.

Rice Bran Oil Solvent Exctraction

Solvent Extraction

Conditioned flakes are immersed in solvent (hexane) within a sealed extractor. Solvent dissolves oil from solids, producing miscella (oil+solvent) and solvent-wet meal.

Meal Desolventizing D.T.D.C

Wet meal enters DTDC where direct and indirect steam strip residual solvent. Steam vaporizes solvent while drying and cooling meal for safe storage.

Evaporation System

Miscella passes through evaporators where indirect heating vaporizes solvent. Rising film evaporators concentrate miscella, removing most solvent from crude oil.

Solvent Recovery

Solvent vapor from all stages is condensed, cooled, and recovered. Recovered solvent returns to extraction while non-condensable gases pass through mineral oil scrubber for final recovery.

Rice Bran Oil Refining:

Rice bran crude oil → phosphoric acid degumming → washing and drying → dewaxing → decolorization → physical deacidification and deodorization → degreasing → refined oil
