Cottonseed Pre-treatment
Cottonseed → Delinting → Dehulling & Kernel-Hull Separation → Crushing → Flaking → Cooking
Delinting
Removes short fibers from the cottonseed surface to improve processing efficiency

Dehulling & Kernel-Hull Separation
Cracks the hard cottonseed shell and efficiently separates the kernels from the hulls.
Crushing
Reduces cotton kernels to appropriate particle size for subsequent processing.
Flaking
Rolls crushed kernels into thin flakes (0.3–0.5mm) to increase surface area for oil extraction.
Cooking
Applies moist heat treatment to condition flakes, completing cell structure disruption and optimizing oil yield.

Pre-Pressing Line
Mechanically extracts the majority of oil from cooked cottonseed flakes through continuous screw pressing. This process reduces oil content in the solids for subsequent solvent extraction while producing high-quality crude cottonseed oil.

Oil Solvent Extraction
According to solvent extraction, can get high oil yield. Big volume extractor design, high process capacity, high benefit and low cost. Special solvent vapor recycling system, keep clean production environment and high efficiency. Energy reusing and low energy consumption.

Cottonseed Oil Refinery
According to customer needs, we can supply continuous refining and semi-continuous refining equipment include degumming, deacidification, decolorization, bleaching and deodorization.
