Equipment Features:
The machine is equipped with an independent hard-tooth surface gearbox, offering high prepressing capacity. The oilcake produced is loose but intact, making it ideal for solvent extraction. It also yields oil of superior quality and produces cakes with an attractive color.

Main Configurations of the Oil Expeller:
1、Feeding reducer: 3 kW (Guotai/Guomao hard-tooth surface gear reducer); cross feeding screw reducer: 2.2 kW (Guomao hard-tooth surface gear reducer);
2、Square parallel-shaft gearbox design ensures stable operation, robust construction, and low noise;
3、All bearings are from Wafangdian Bearing Group (WZWF); equipped with an integrated 7-section alloy pressing screw and liner rings;
4、C-type V-belts manufactured by Qingdao No.6 Rubber Factory;
5、Outer cover panels are made of 304 stainless steel;
6、Equipped with Martin-brand belt pulleys;
7、The machine surface undergoes shot blasting and rust removal, followed by polishing. Two coats of anti-rust primer (Zhufeng brand gloss finish) are applied, with a final topcoat in either textured green (Jinyu brand) or milky white.
