Equipment Features:
The pressed cake has good molding effect, good color, and is conducive to leaching. The equipment has a wide range of applications and is not too strict with respect to moisture and temperature.
Main equipment configuration:
1.Oil outlet auger reducer 1.1KW (Dongfangweier or Zhejiang Redson), feeding horizontal auger reducer 3.0KW (Dongfangweier or Zhejiang Redson);
2.The gearbox gears of the main gearbox are equipped with a cold oil circulation spray device to fully lubricate the gearbox bearings and gears, greatly extending their service life;
3.The screw is made of hard alloy, with a service life of no less than 12 months. The bar is carburized and the surface is chromium-plated, with a hardness of HRC56-62;
4.The shield, windshield and exhaust pipe are made of stainless steel 304, with oil-resistant rubber strip sealing design; with self-cleaning sight glass.
