The oilseeds crusher is widely applied in soybean, rapeseed, peanut, corn germ, palm kernel, and similar oilseeds processing lines. It is a key unit in preparing materials for efficient flaking and improved oil extraction performance.

Working Principle
The crusher consists of two counter-rotating toothed rolls. Material is fed into the crushing chamber and subjected to continuous compression, impact, and cutting forces generated by the rotating tooth profiles.
During operation, the material is broken into uniform particles while maintaining low powder formation. The discharged material meets the required size distribution for downstream flaking and extraction processes.

Application & Process Role
The Toothed Roll Crusher is used in oilseed pretreatment lines to reduce material size before flaking.
It ensures proper feed preparation for flaking, improving downstream processing stability in oil extraction plants.
